How cute are those Easter cupcakes??? I'm thinking that Peeps are meant to decorate with and not to be eaten solo. I'm sure many disagree with me, but the texture of them gives me the willies. It would be hard for me to resist one of these cupcakes, though. :)
Thank you! I agree, Peeps are awesome for decorating. Normally, I don't eat them. I'm not a fan of marshmallow. My parents let them stale first before eating them.
Also, Just Born, the makers of Peeps, donated cases of Peeps for a Peeps Christmas tree my mother's office did for charity. Gotta give'em kudos for that.

So cute! I could eat them right now even though Easter is but a distant memory. I already miss the chocolate easter eggs!
Oh yes, I'm a sucker for the peeps too- eating and decorating. But the form matters- the original bird in yellow is my favorite.
